哥伦比亚大学计算机科学博士。曾在微软研究院工作。2015年加入阿里巴巴，历任阿里云首席科学家、达摩院副院长。现任阿里云 CTO 兼通义实验室负责人，统管通义千问（Qwen）模型家族，中国广泛使用的开源大模型系列之一。2026年3月林骏扬离职后直接接管 Qwen 团队。与 CEO 吴泳铭共同领导阿里基础模型特别工作组。
PhD in Computer Science from Columbia University. Previously worked at Microsoft Research. Joined Alibaba in 2015, serving as Chief Scientist at Alibaba Cloud and Deputy Director of DAMO Academy. Now CTO of Alibaba Cloud and head of Tongyi Lab, overseeing the Qwen (Tongyi Qianwen) model family, one of China's most widely used open-source LLM series. After the departure of tech lead Lin Junyang in March 2026, took direct supervision of the Qwen team. Co-leads Alibaba's Foundation Model Task Force alongside CEO Eddie Wu.
