AI 研究者，本科毕业于北京大学，在印第安纳大学伯明顿分校获博士学位。2017 年加入 OpenAI，主导用机械手解魔方的机器人项目，随后创建并领导应用 AI 研究团队，推出微调、向量嵌入与内容审核 API。她在约七年任期内升任研究与安全副总裁，以技术博客「Lil'Log」广为人知。2024 年 11 月离开 OpenAI 后，于 2025 年 2 月与 Mira Murati 共同创办 Thinking Machines Lab。
AI researcher with a bachelor's from Peking University and a PhD from Indiana University Bloomington. She joined OpenAI in 2017,where she led the robotics project that taught a robotic hand to solve a Rubik's Cube,then founded and led the Applied AI Research team,delivering the fine-tuning,embeddings and moderation APIs. She rose to Vice President of Research,Safety over a roughly seven-year tenure,and is widely known for her technical blog 'Lil'Log.' After departing OpenAI in November 2024,she co-founded Thinking Machines Lab in February 2025 with Mira Murati.
